Directions coming east on I-64. Take the 29th Street Exit. Continue going to the right. Make a right at the light at CVS and Taco Bell. Go halfway up the hill and take a left into the parking lot and make a right and go to Building #3. Go into that entrance and we are Suite #11 which is the first door on your right.

Direction coming west on I-64. Take the 29th Street Exit. When the exit forks continue left. At the light make a left and stay in the right hand lane.
